3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless another currency is displayed on the website. Prices may change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or additional fees will be displayed at checkout where applicable. We accept payment via Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Visa/MasterCard Debit & Credit Cards, and UPaisa, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast & other digital wallets. Payment must be completed before order processing and dispatch unless Cash on Delivery is selected and approved.
4. Bulk Orders & International Customers
Bulk or wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order quantity/value, which will be communicated at the time of inquiry or checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or destination-country fees applied upon arrival — these are not included in our listed prices or shipping charges.
5. Order Processing & Cancellation
Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, incorrect customer information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, courier limitations, or other valid reasons, with a full refund issued if payment has already been made. Cash on Delivery orders, particularly high-value orders, will be verified by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp within 48 hours of order placement. Orders that cannot be verified within this window may be cancelled.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times may be provided at checkout or shared after order confirmation. Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. Customers must provide accurate shipping details, as Kaka Bawa Sons is not responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
