Three-layer construction
A 304 stainless steel cooking layer is paired with a pure aluminium middle layer for heat distribution and a magnetic 430 stainless steel exterior. This construction is suitable for all hob types, including induction.
Patterned cooking surface and glass lid
The dark non-stick interior has a fine laser-patterned surface, contrasting with the silver-tone exterior. Two opposing stainless steel loop handles give you a place to hold the pot with both hands. The clear glass lid has a metal rim, raised top handle and steam vent, so you can view the contents without lifting it each time.

Care for the cooking surface
Let the pot cool before cleaning. Wash with mild detergent and a soft sponge or use the dishwasher. Avoid abrasive scourers, use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils, and avoid heating the pot empty. Use heat-resistant mitts to handle the hot pot or lid.
