I am sorry to inform you that though I received the parcel in good condition, I only started using it today, and I'm sorry to say that it looks like its a broken piece. The water is leaking from the bottom of the flask. And there is nothing getting through the pipe when you press it. Please replace me with an another piece. I want to return this.
