The non-heating handle design does not mean every part stays cool. Check the handle before lifting, use suitable hand protection when needed and keep clear of escaping steam. Do not assume the lid knob or other parts remain cool.
Protect the enamel
Hand wash only after cooling with mild liquid detergent and a soft sponge. Do not use wire brushes, abrasive scrubbers or detergent powder. Avoid drops and impacts. Never heat empty or allow to boil dry. If it boils dry, switch off the heat and let it cool naturally. Do not spray or pour cold water onto the hot kettle, as sudden cooling can damage the enamel. Check the handle before lifting, use suitable hand protection when needed and avoid escaping steam.
One kettle and its matching lid are included. Cups, drinks and styling accessories are not included.
